I’m Ben Flournoy from Quincy, FL. When I was 10 years old, I saw Marty McFly play ​Chuck Berry in Back To The Future, and the world was never the same to me. 

I got my hands on a guitar and never let go. At 15 years old I decided to dedicate my life to playing the guitar, writing music, touring and living the life of an artist.

I owe a lot to my heroes Stevie Ray Vaughan, B.B. King, Albert King, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and John Mayer, but I’m here to forge my own path and creating my own sound.
 

Born in Montgomery Alabama, Kai Lavender's passion for music began at an early age gaining
tutelage from musically inclined parents. Kai began his first journey in music in middle school at Baldwin Arts and Academics Magnet School under the direction of choral teacher, Ms. Traci Fuller. He eventually became a piano student of Dr. Jamese Lockett at Booker T Washington
Magnet High School, in Montgomery, Alabama. There, his music career began to flourish.

Kai has competed in various piano competitions such as American Teacher's Association on the
local and state level and Alabama's Boykin Festival making outstanding in both piano and
theory. Recently, he auditioned for American Idol making it to the winner's circle and has won
the Young Arts national competition in contemporary vocal performance. Kai is a new music
artist with his first single due to be released in December, 2023. Furthermore, he is in pursuit
