They were all heavily influenced by the members of the band Toto, who were themselves, the kings of the LA recording scene in the 70’s and 80’s.  Duncan Mullins, the bands bassist states, “We were always jamming on Toto songs in-between takes in the studio. Eventually we realized we ought to give everyone an opportunity to enjoy this music as much as we do”. That’s why Child’s Anthem was formed. To bring this iconic catalog of songs to life, in an energetic live setting, especially in light of the fact that Toto themselves, have stopped touring.
