There are no refunds for any tickets bought from the Belly Up, any time, without exception. In the event of a reschedule or show postponement there will be a refund window in which customers can request a refund by contacting boxoffice@bellyup.com - in these instances no fees incurred by purchasing over the phone or online will be refunded.
In the event of a full show cancellation - a full refund including fees will be refunded automatically at the point of purchase.

The phenomenon known as Sublime, arguably the most energetic, original and uniquely eclectic band to emerge from any scene, anywhere, ended with the untimely death of lead singer, guitarist and songwriter Brad Nowell in May of 1996. But encompassing the sense of place and purpose long associated with Sublime’s music, Badfish, a Tribute to Sublime continues to channel the spirit of Sublime with a fury not felt for some time. What separates Badfish from other tribute bands is that they have replicated Sublime’s essence, developing a scene and dedicated following most commonly reserved for label-driven, mainstream acts. Badfish make their mark on the audience by playing with the spirit of Sublime. They perform not as Sublime would have, or did, but as Badfish does!

Hazmatt is a reggae/rock/punk band formed in Lahaina, Maui in 2006, playing now out of Encinitas, San Diego. They have been performing all over Southern California and have done tours through North America, Hawaii, and Mexico. Hazmatt has performed with a variety of artists such as Slightly Stoopid, Redman, Ekolu, Pato Banton, Los Amigos Invisibles, and many more. Their musical style is a clash of genres and backgrounds ranging from reggae to hip-hop to punk rock and it creates a high energy live show every time!
