Wildly literate, utterly artistic, impossibly ambitious, absolutely a slave to his art, the South Georgian is completely committed to the truth. He is a world class songwriter, recording artist, an intensely captivating live singer, guitar player, record producer & virtuoso painter. Add in the ability to express the uniquely personal in a universal way, and you have a true artist.
Ray Stephenson does exactly that in his paintings, his songwriting & his performances.
As a musician, Ray Stephenson is a Grammy Award winning, Platinum selling singer/songwriter from Nashville, TN. His successes include winning CCMA Songwriter of the Year in 2013, writing the title track of Kenny Chesney’s album Hemingway’s Whiskey, and writing the Blake Shelton/Miranda Lambert duo and album title track, Red River Blue. Both reached #1 on the Billboard Album Charts and were certified Platinum. Some of the most revered and iconic legends in Country Music have recorded his music, including Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, and Merle Haggard. He’s been a part of 4 Grammy nominated projects and 1 Grammy winning project (Guy Clark’s final recording, My Favorite Picture Of You, which brought home the Grammy “Best Folk Album” in 2015).
As a painter, Ray's paintings are hanging in the homes of collectors like Willie Nelson and Oprah Winfrey. In 2012, Ray became the Official Painter of the Monsters of Rock Tour. He’s been featured at the Bluebird Cafe, Ascend Amphitheater, Nashville Airport, the Country Music Hall of Fame ,Gaylord Hotels, Aloft Hotel, 3rd and Lyndsley, CMT and Two Old Hippies. He's had feature articles in Nashville Arts & Southwest Georgia Living magazines.
His paintings explore his love of color, texture, music & nature. Ray’s artistic influences are found in the paintings of Odd Nerdrum, Gustav Klimpt, Rembrandt and Andrew Wyeth. His fine art is highly sought after by art collectors & is a part of several prestigious private collections. He has exhibited his work in Nashville, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Atlanta, & the US Virgin islands.

Macy Dot is a charismatic singer-songwriter from Austin, Texas currently residing in Nashville, Tennessee. She was named BMI's 2023 Dolly Parton Songwriting Award Recipient, the 2020 Young Artist of the Year by the Texas Country Music Association, 1 of 8 finalists for the Texas Songwriter U Class of 2022, and her debut single 'Hot Mess' was featured on NSAI's 2022 Bob Kingsley Top 40. She’s an enthusiastic performer with her own unique sense of style. With confidence and abundant stage presence, she takes the stage and her classic country voice and modern-day persona easily captivate the audience.
Some iconic performances include SXSW, Rodeo Austin, ACL parties on South Congress, the cherished local tradition celebrating the 55th Anniversary of the Austin Trail of Lights at Zilker Metropolitan Park and numerous Texas venues including the Saxon Pub, the historic Cheatham Street Warehouse in San Marcos and Poodie’s Hilltop Roadhouse in Spicewood. She has played several notable writers rounds and venues including The Listening Room, Dosey Doe’s, the Houston Rodeo, the National Finals Rodeo in Vegas and was also featured as a BMI writer alongside notable songwriter Liz Rose at the Cindy Walker Days festival.
This energetic, vibrant artist has been performing on stages since the age of two. Over the years she has been recognized with several honors including being named Lindale Idol twice, North Texas Youth Idol, a finalist for junior newcomer of the year at the Gladewater Opry, and a Top 5 Finalist for Young Artist of the Year by the Texas Country Music Association for four consecutive years. In addition, she performed as a finalist in the Texas Country Music Hall of Fame John Ritter Showcase for three years, the Nashville Spotlight Showcase at CMA Fest in Nashville for two years, John Rich’s Redneck Riviera Opening Celebration at CMA Fest, Nashville Opry Mills Unplugged Series, and Nashville NAMM at the Kyser Showcase. Her interview with Jenna Heidman “Should've Been A Cowgirl'' was featured on Sirius XM and RFD-TV, and her music has been nominated for multiple Josie Awards.
She has been blessed on her journey to open for artists such as Kacey Musgraves, Gary P. Nunn, Zane Williams, The Powell Brothers, Randy Rogers Band, Charlie Robison, Austin Cunningham, Chris Colston, Craig Campbell, Chase McClanahan, Darrin Morris Band, Chrystal Yates, Wayland Hicks, Parmalee, Thompson Square, Riley Redding, Austin Layne, Brother Roscoe, and several others.
At the age of ten, Macy started taking lessons with John DeFoore—the former guitar teacher of Miranda Lambert and Kacey Musgraves. Although Macy had been penning lyrics for as long as she could remember, it was John who first encouraged her to start performing her original songs live. "I started developing a strong passion for writing after I began working with John. I had always loved writing, but he taught me the art of writing songs that represented myself and told a genuine story from various perspectives," claims the Texas native. When Macy isn’t performing, she is passionately writing her way through life, hardships, and celebrations. She is finding her niche for songwriting and is co-writing with some of the best in Nashville. Authenticity and honesty are evident throughout her lyrics, and she strives to uphold these qualities while navigating her way through the industry.
Macy Dot currently attends Belmont University where she was accepted into the prestigious songwriting program. She is studying songwriting and music business in the Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business.
