Diving deep into some of her favorite female artists’ catalogs, Barbara Malteze has curated an evening’s worth of songs, (most of which you are probably not familiar with unless you are a self-professed “music aficionado”), to present a fresh take on “cover bands.” The show will unfold with (3) sets, each set representing a particular genre; (Americana, County-Rock and Soul-Gospel-Blues). For each set, Barbara will be joined by a female duet partner and backed by a stellar group of musicians who have worked hard to give each set its own flavor and feel. “When it came to inviting female duet partners, I had a difficult time, especially with so much talent in Rochester,” Malteze said. “But I’m really excited by this lineup, and I think it will be an enjoyable evening for those who want to come out to listen and/or dance!” Special guests will be: Bianca Lewey (Americana set) Isabella Barbagallo (Country-Rock set) Champagne Manley (Soul-Gospel-Blues) Doors @ 6pm | $15 ADV / $20 DOS Show @ 7-10pm
