We'll celebrate 250 years of Independence the night before The 4th.... by dancing freely, bravely and proudly at our annual "Independence Day Eve" Dance Party Happy Hour.
 
Let's all come together in unity and solidarity with some classic AG Red, White & Groovin'. We'll flavor our typical dance floor fun with a bit of saluting to the good ol' USA. Bring your happy feet and your July 4th sparkle.
 
We'll feature our electrifying AG guest, soul vocalist Mark Jones and the ever-evolving Performer Studentz from the Carrie Weiland Fitness/AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will take the stage for a few songs showcasing their allegiance to continued progress as performing dancers ala the AG Fly Girlz. 
 
Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take The AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. Class is every Tuesday at 630p and select Saturdays at 1230p (next one: July 11th). Final class for Series #18 is June 30th. Series #19 starts Tues. July 7th with a  brand new routine. All levels, all ages, all abilities are welcome.

    Atomic Groove has been San Diego’s premier Variety Dance Band for all occasions since 1995, serving the special event industry for private parties, weddings, galas, company functions and more, as well as appearing at their now famous Friday Happy Hours at Belly Up for the local community almost every Friday since 2004.
     
    Each AG Happy Hour has a consistent delivery of fun and good vibes but is always  has just enough change and variety to the show to keep a loyal, dedicated and enthusiastic crowd coming back for more, week in and week out. 
    Regular attendees remark at how it is therapy for them and how much they look forward to each Atomic Groove Happy Hour. First-timers are amazed at the vibe in the room and the sheer joy common to each person there. 
     
    An Atomic Groove Happy Hour is designed to give permission to let loose & be a little silly, by connecting to The Groove and dancing to your favorite dance jams from today to yesterday. 
    Everyone is welcome, totally inclusive… leave the weirdness of the world at the door and to come on in for some dance party fun, in only the way Atomic Groove can do!
