Atomic Girl Carrie, the AG Fly Girlz and the entire AG band will deliver with their BIG consistent fun they always do at these Happy Hours for the past 20+ years! Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. The dance is taught and re-taught progressively in sections. Class is held every Tuesday at 630p and select Saturdays at 1230p: Oct. 4th & 18th.  Series #15 started recently and runs thru mid-October. All levels welcome, no dance experience needed.
