Atomic Groove is proud to announce we're 31 years young! Help us celebrate "keepin’ the groove since 1995" at our annual “B-Day Bash”. The best b-day gift would be to see YOU there...but we'll gift YOU with a chance to win a FREE  AG VIP 2026 Yearly Happy Hour Pass. Each entrant receives one free ticket upon entry to the show.

We'll feature our AG guests:  Monette Marino on congas/drums (she’s been with us since about 1999) and Mark Jones on vocals (since about 2018). Some of the Performer Studentz from the CW Fitness/AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will join us for a few songs, showcasing their always evolving dance performance skills. The entire AG band, including Atomic Girl Carrie and her AG Fly Girlz, will once again deliver good vibez, as always…year after year... for the past 20+ years at these Happy Hours!

Fun Fact: AG's first rehearsal was Jan. 31st, 1995. Our first show was at the Belly Up in April 1995!

Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie of Carrie Weiland Fitness. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. Class is every Tuesday at 630p and Select Saturdays at 1230p, the next ones are Saturdays Jan. 24th, Feb. 7th & 21st. Series #17 started Jan. 20th with a brand new dance and will be taught for approx 10 weeks. Drop-ins always accepted, any time. All levels welcome, no dance experience needed.  More info.

    Atomic Groove has been San Diego’s premier Variety Dance Band for all occasions since 1995, serving the special event industry for private parties, weddings, galas, company functions and more, as well as appearing at their now famous Friday Happy Hours at Belly Up for the local community almost every Friday since 2004.
     
    Each AG Happy Hour has a consistent delivery of fun and good vibes but is always  has just enough change and variety to the show to keep a loyal, dedicated and enthusiastic crowd coming back for more, week in and week out. 
    Regular attendees remark at how it is therapy for them and how much they look forward to each Atomic Groove Happy Hour. First-timers are amazed at the vibe in the room and the sheer joy common to each person there. 
     
    An Atomic Groove Happy Hour is designed to give permission to let loose & be a little silly, by connecting to The Groove and dancing to your favorite dance jams from today to yesterday. 
    Everyone is welcome, totally inclusive… leave the weirdness of the world at the door and to come on in for some dance party fun, in only the way Atomic Groove can do!
