We'll feature our AG guest, the mother rocker of a vocalist, Jeff Haight!
 
The ever-evolving Performer Studentz from the Carrie Weiland Fitness/AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will take the stage for a few songs with their always giving and supportive energy.
 
Atomic Girl Carrie, the AG Fly Girlz and the entire AG band consistently over-delivers with good vibez, as per usual, at these Happy Hours, for the past 20+ years! 
 
Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take The AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. Class is every Tuesday at 630p and select Saturdays at 1230p (next one: May 16th). Series #18 is in progress runs thru all of June, plenty of time to learn some or all of the routine! Check out the FREE "Neuro Groove" class on Thurs. May 14th, 630p. This is a non-dance dance class for your brain AND for your body!  All levels welcome, no dance experience needed. 
 
 
See you at the Fiesta del Sol Music Festival on Saturday, May 30th.  FREE/All Ages. It's AG's 30 year FDS-versary, our first one was in 1996!

    Atomic Groove has been San Diego’s premier Variety Dance Band for all occasions since 1995, serving the special event industry for private parties, weddings, galas, company functions and more, as well as appearing at their now famous Friday Happy Hours at Belly Up for the local community almost every Friday since 2004.
     
    Each AG Happy Hour has a consistent delivery of fun and good vibes but is always  has just enough change and variety to the show to keep a loyal, dedicated and enthusiastic crowd coming back for more, week in and week out. 
    Regular attendees remark at how it is therapy for them and how much they look forward to each Atomic Groove Happy Hour. First-timers are amazed at the vibe in the room and the sheer joy common to each person there. 
     
    An Atomic Groove Happy Hour is designed to give permission to let loose & be a little silly, by connecting to The Groove and dancing to your favorite dance jams from today to yesterday. 
    Everyone is welcome, totally inclusive… leave the weirdness of the world at the door and to come on in for some dance party fun, in only the way Atomic Groove can do!
