Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio, in Solana Beach. A brand new routine started on  March 18th (Series #13) on Tuesdays 630p and runs for approx. 10 weeks.  Special Saturday edition on Sat. March 22nd, 1230p (and every Saturday in April, too). All levels welcome, no dance experience needed. Maybe even get on stage and perform! Also try the  Dance Workout Sessions on Thursdays 6p March 20th, 27th, April 3rd & April 10th for a follow along-styled class of moving like an AG Fly Girl with a fun, non-stop fitness approach.
