THE HALESTORM CONCERT SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 16, 2015 HAS BEEN CANCELLED. ALL TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED. ALL OTHERS MAY BE REFUNDED AT THE PLACE OF PURCHASE.

MESSAGE FROM THE BAND:

"Hello Everyone,

I made the call to cancel the remaining dates of our current tour. Spokane, Vancouver, and Reno. This is a first for me, because I always finish what I set out to do. Please know that I would never make this decision unless it was absolutely necessary.

I apologize to all the fans, our friends promoting the show and all the great radio people who are supporting us.

About a week ago, my exhaustion level reached its peak, and I started to notice it in my voice (my body is my instrument after all). But being the 'gung-ho' gal I am... I pushed through. In the words of Freddy Mercury, "The Show Must Go On" Right? But there's a fine line between stubborn and stupid. And even though I loathe canceling anything, I must take my own advice this time and listen to my body.

The only reason I've never had any vocal damage in the near 20 years I've been singing, is because I am smart. I know when to pump the breaks and when to put the pedal to the metal. And this time, I must pump the brakes.

Not to worry though my freaks, I am not sick, and my voice is Not damaged... I'm just spent. I will be taking the next week off to rest and let my body get back to 100% bad assness! Thank you for all the love, I'm working on a plan with my team and will be announcing soon how I am going to make it up to all of you. Love you madly! Xoxo

In Rock N Roll,
Lzzy "

    Hard Rock

Rising out of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Anchors For Airplanes is a musical force to be reckoned with in the world of modern hard rock. Since 2013 AFA has served up a very tight and polished sound packed with a hard driven vibe that is relative to giants like Sevendust and In Flames.

Vocals appear to shift effortlessly from one end of the spectrum to the other, from muscled melody to angsty agressive screams and everything in between. The instrumental skill behind AFA's drum work, bass, and guitars is packed in every powerful track often spinning into a fury of intense double bass inventive riffs.

Whether you like the charm of a melodic rock ballad, or want the unadulterated satisfaction of frenzied power, Anchors For Airplanes is the band you have been waiting for.
