New Orleans–based vocalist Anna Laura Quinn brings sincerity, humor, and effortless grace to every performance, blending American Songbook classics, songs in French and Portuguese, inventive takes on modern favorites, and her own original compositions with radiant honesty. Praised by DownBeat for “the inherent delight of [her] vocal timbre,” Quinn is a dynamic presence on the local scene, performing widely across the city and leading her band, the Unmentionables. A San Francisco native who later studied jazz at the University of New Orleans, she has released two acclaimed albums and continues to expand her musical reach through collaborations—including her work with guitarist Ed Barrett—captivating audiences with her expressive style and adventurous repertoire.
