Angelo De Augustine is a singer-songwriter living in Thousand Oaks, California—a suburb north of Los Angeles, where he grew up. He has released four solo albums including his self-released debut, Spirals of Silence (2014), and three for Asthmatic Kitty Records: Swim Inside The Moon (2017), Tomb (2019), and Toil and Trouble (2023). In 2021, De Augustine collaborated with labelmate Sufjan Stevens to record the critically acclaimed A Beginner’s Mind, an album of 14 songs (loosely) based on (mostly) popular films.

With his recent return to playing live at LA’s Barnsdall Gallery Theatre alongside a full band ensemble, and the promise of more new music on the way, 2026 is set to be De Augustine’s biggest year yet.
