Analog Dream makes indie rock for the widescreen. What began as a two-person studio project in San Francisco has evolved into a five-piece built on layered guitars and analog grit. From early acclaim on Live105 to their 2026 signing with NYC’s Soundvsystem Records, the band has consistently pushed their sound toward something bolder and more intentional.

Their latest work finds the sweet spot between shoegaze atmosphere and raw indie-rock energy, tackling everything from fractured personal histories to the "soul-suck" of modern corporate culture. With a new EP on the horizon and a summer tour in the works, Analog Dream is officially more focused than ever.

In writing their first studio album, The Art of Erosion, Indigo Elephant spent all of 2024 rediscovering what it meant to be a band. Composed of Julius Pasion (drums), Cliff Yang (guitar, vocals), and Brenden Phung (guitar, vocals), the group crafted a project that represented each member as openly as possible—smashing all their desires together and making sense of the madness. Within that chaos lies vulnerability, and sometimes even understanding.
The Art of Erosion holds all the uncertainty, introspection, and bittersweet feelings of a tumultuous year, capturing a moment in time where tension and release came in equal measure. While Indigo Elephant has been together for nearly eight years, the band sees the end of one era as the beginning of another. With the addition of new member Levi Storm (bass), they’re taking their first steps toward what truly feels like their sound.

Influences like Teenage Fanclub, Alvvays, The Cure and The Strokes are present, but never foregrounded, filtered instead through a sensibility shaped by years of playing rooms, basements and clubs.

There’s patience in the band’s writing, but also a steady sense of drive. Songs unfold gradually, carried by chiming guitars and propulsive rhythms that keep things moving even as textures bloom and recede. The arrangements stay lean and focused, favoring clarity over excess and letting repetition, tone and melody do the work. The music feels emotionally grounded and immediate, well suited for hazy summer drives and warm, nostalgic nights that stretch on longer than expected.

Twin Bloom’s self-titled debut EP, slated for release in summer 2026, captures a moment of transition, caught between looking back and pushing forward. Lead single “Summer’s Gone” distills the band’s approach most clearly, pairing an easy, driving rhythm with a bittersweet sense of seasonal shift.

Twin Bloom isn’t chasing trends or big statements. The band is focused on writing songs that stick, sound good turned up in the car and feel just as natural on the tenth listen as the first.
