Formed in 2014, Anahata is a quartet from New York that blends elements of classic metal and hardcore to create a unique take on heavy music, allowing the band to maintain the signature aggression and groove that their hometown is known for while keeping things melodic and pushing the boundaries of the genre. It Gets Worse (Ambient Metalcore) was founded by Jerry John in 2016. After a falling out between previous members, Jerry gathered other musicians who shared the same vision as he did from other local bands (AS/HES, From the Depths, Sonder, Feed the Addiction) to make their dream become a reality.
