The Mayor of New York City has mandated that indoor music venues effective August 17, 2021, require proof of vaccination from all customers above 12 years of age in order to enter the facility. Customers with a disability or a religious belief that precludes them from vaccination are exempted, but are subject to a reasonable accommodation at the discretion of the Iridium. We are requiring any such exempted persons to: 1. Obtain approval prior to arrival to the event and show their exempt status by sending proof (a letter from your Doctor or a senior official from your place of worship) to the club manager at their email noted below. 2. Wear a mask indoors except when active on court. 3. Maintain a 6 foot distance as much as possible. Youth ages 11 and under are exempt, however they shall wear masks when accompanied by their legal guardian / parent and shall maintain social distancing. All customers must now check in at the Box Office or with the venue Manager prior to entry.
