Noted for her thoughtful, yet edgy lyrics, Sali Hagan's strong, warm voice is evident as she commands the stage with presence. She has the musical roots that allow her to be a versatile and passionate performer. Sali's love of music was impacted while learning to play classical piano from her mother, a classical pianist turned rocker, and her symphony conducter father. Exposed to a diverse musical repertoire, Sali experienced life on the road at an early age, tagging along with her mom's band, "Raw Honey". After working as a dj at WKDF in Nashville, and McGathy Promotions in New York, Sali moved to Atlanta, started writing and hooked up with one of Atlanta's most amazing bands. It's no surprise that her experiences have left her with an eclectic taste in music. Her favorite artists include Stevie Wonder, Mothers Finest, Peter Gabriel, Rickie Lee Jones, Elvis Costello, Tracy Bonham and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
