*Happy Hour Concert Series* featuring Alejandro Canales Trio with Dylan Torrance and Simon Lott Texas-born saxophonist Alejandro Canales has built an international career performing across jazz, Motown, R&B, classical, and rock. A versatile multi-instrumentalist, Canales also plays flute and clarinet and has toured extensively with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises. His performance credits include the Reno Jazz Orchestra, Soul Brass Band, Treme Brass Band, and Trombone Shorty, and he released his debut album, Bluish Hue. New Orleans-based guitarist, educator, and content creator Dylan Torrance brings a diverse musical background spanning jazz, funk, Cuban music, bossa nova, and blues. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of New Orleans, where he studied with Steve Masakowski, Brian Seeger, and Hank Mackie. Torrance has performed with some of New Orleans' finest musicians, toured nationally, and continues to teach and perform throughout the city. Rounding out the trio is drummer Simon Lott, whose creative approach and dynamic musicianship make him a sought-after collaborator on the New Orleans jazz scene. Together, Canales, Torrance, and Lott deliver an evening of adventurous jazz, groove, and improvisation.
