Stephon "Mooch" Brown Artist, Producer, Drummer, Percussionist. Born in Chicago, West side raised from an influential Family of music and sports! Both parents, siblings, and generations before and after are heavily musically inclined. Mooch was raised around many gifts, personalities, talents, love, and music! That’s often identified in his playing and creativity! From church, to studios, to festivals, larger audiences, and now performing in sold out venues around the Chicago area with his Band, known as Mooch & The Family Band; Mooch has had quite the opportunity of exposure in many different places to share his gift with the world. He only wishes to leave an impact and legacy behind his name and work he’s done through his Children, Music, Art, and the way he made people feel through his sound whenever playing or performing. Andrew was drawn to the guitar at an early age and began his journey on the instrument at 10. Steeped in the Blues, Rock and Roll, and old-school Soul music, he has forged a career as a player with his own unique sound and sensibility. Andrew has made his mark playing R&B, Blues, Gospel, Rock, and even Country across Chicago and the greater Midwest region. He is a lifelong student of the guitar and the craft of being a musician.
