This is our sixth year joining in the fight against breast cancer with the American Cancer Society's annual Men Wear Pink campaign and we are excited to continue our partnership with our friends at the Vernon National Shooting Preserve and Barker Brook Golf Club for another year of Clubs and Clays on Tuesday, October 13th! Join us for the full day of events for $275 per two-person team or for our evening dinner with live music for only for $75 per person.  CLUBS & CLAYS: Arrive at 11 am at the Vernon National Shooting Preserve in full pink attire to sign in. Targets, ammunition, and lunch are all included. Safety equipment will be provided if needed. Guns are available for rent or you can bring your own shotgun. Pairs will be teamed into groups of four and assigned an instructor/safety guide. Shooting will begin at 12 pm. You can bring your own golf cart or side by side, rent one there, or walk the course. Make your way through the scenic, 16-station course where each team will be challenged to score the highest number of targets for their round. If you have never shot sporting clays before, then now is your chance. VNSP has the best instructors and safety guards in the area. Don’t miss this event due to lack of experience. Once finished, lunch will be provided at the VNSP pavilion. Afterward, we head to Barker Brook Golf Club just down the road. Load up on beverages at the bar. The previously paired groups of four will spar off for nine holes of golf at this majestic course. Tee time 2:30 pm. Raffles and mulligans will be available to purchase and golf carts will be available to rent. The last stop of the day is at RBQ for more fundraising and a special dinner starting at ~5:30-6 pm. Sign up by Friday, October 9th. Limited space available - 2 person teams, 50 teams max. This event wouldn't be possible without Barker Brook donating all green fees and Vernon National Shooting Preserve donating the use of their range and clays in addition to both hosts donating any rental income they receive from our group that day. We can't appreciate their generosity enough!
