Domo Branch, prodigy from Portland, Oregon. Artist, Composer, Drummer, and Producer attending the Manhattan School of Music studying multiple genre’s. He works to be versatile. He is Co-founder of Sound Poets Productions, leads his own band and is Co-Leader of a band (Brown Branch). He has performed with amazing talents such as the Sean Jones Quartet, Taylor Eigsti trio, Dianne Reeves & Sean Jones Big band, Mike Phillips and Wynton Marsalis. He has performed in places such as Carnegie Hall, Konzerthaus Berlin, Monterey Jazz Festival, Caramoor Jazz Festival, Rose Hall Jazz at Lincoln Center, New York’s Jazz Standard and more. He has also given motivational, and public speeches to musicians.
Gerald Clayton, the four-time GRAMMY-nominated pianist/composer searches for honest expression in every note he plays. With harmonic curiosity and critical awareness, he develops musical narratives that unfold as a result of both deliberate searching and chance uncovering.
Expansion has become part of Clayton’s artistic identity. His music is a celebration of the inherent differences in musical perspectives that promote true artistic synergy. Inclusive sensibilities have allowed him to perform and record with such distinctive artists as Diana Krall, Roy Hargrove, Dianne Reeves, Ambrose Akinmusire, Dayna Stephens, Kendrick Scott, John Scofield Ben Williams, Terell Stafford & Dick Oatts, Michael Rodriguez, Terri Lyne Carrington, Avishai Cohen, Peter Bernstein and the Clayton Brothers Quintet. Clayton also has enjoyed an extended association since early 2013, touring and recording with saxophone legend Charles Lloyd.
Ben Feldman is New York bassist and composer from Seattle, WA. He began playing bass at the age of 13, inspired by his band director at Hamilton International Middle School, Dan Rowe. He continued on to Garfield High School where he joined the top jazz band and orchestra, as well as the Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra. He also received numerous honors including being selected as a member of the 2017 Grammy Jazz Band and the 2017 Vail Jazz Workshop.
While in high school, he quickly began working as a professional bassist, playing with Seattle luminaries including Jay Thomas, Mark Taylor, Dawn Clement, Johnaye Kendrick, Bill Anschell and many others. He has also performed with nationally recognized musicians Stefon Harris, Sullivan Fortner, Dave Liebman, Regina Carter, Joey Alexander, and Matt Wilson. He currently attends Manhattan School of Music and is a student of Ron Carter and Buster Williams.
