Half Step is a group of dedicated fans & students of the Grateful Dead, capturing the spirit, improvisation, sound &
    complexity of Grateful Dead music.
Established in 2004 on Long Island, Half Step has been mastering their craft while winning over crowds of veteran
Deadheads, newcomers and non-Dead fans alike.
Just like the Grateful Dead themselves, the band is constantly pushing the envelope, growing together as musicians and
performers. Only true fans that have experienced and studied the music with an extreme level of dedication and passion
can accurately represent the superb body of work that the Grateful Dead have to offer.
When seeing Half Step live, one can clearly see the attention to detail that the band has in putting on a viable Grateful
Dead experience. They stay true to the traditional show format and play sets of tunes in a sequence that could likely have
been performed by the Dead themselves years ago. The members of Half Step also use similar instruments; amplifiers
and effects to further authenticate the Grateful Dead sound.
As musicians, Half Step has what it takes to present the Dead's music to even the most critical of fans. Anyone who has
experienced the Grateful Dead in one-way or another has formed a unique impression of their music. Half Step has the
rare privilege to share their collective impression with you.
    — The long strange trip continues...

The Allmost Brothers Band is a progressive tribute act honoring the tradition of the legendary Allman Brothers Band.  Comprised of New York’s finest musicians, nothing less would do justice to the enduring high level of play that the ABB have brought over their 45 year career.  With the experience of professional touring players the road truly does go on forever, and has led each member of The Allmost Brothers Band together to bring the ultimate Allman Brothers experience.

The Allmost Brothers Band are: Sean McGrath, and Dave Filloramo on lead guitars, Joe Wasserman on Vocals & Keys, Dave Losee and Bruce Dickson on Drums, Tom Hooker on the Bass, and Bob Oven on Vocals/Percussion/Harmonica.

This band of brothers truly thrives on chemistry and improvisation bringing a unique fire every night to the song book of the Allmans.

    Quarter Horse

    Jam Bands

Quarter Horse is made up of long time friends and brothers.  Their sound is reminiscent of vocal harmony-driven bands such as The Band, CSN, Dawes and Fleet Foxes.  Their first full-length album was released in December of 2016, produced by Grammy winner Andy Falco (Infamous Stringdusters), and noted for its compelling songwriting, arrangements and instrumentation.   Live shows are equally captivating, from acoustic in an intimate house concert setting to fully electric on a big stage.

For the Watkins Glen tribute show, Quarter Horse will be playing a set of music from The Band.   The Band has been a big influence on Quarter Horse’s playing, writing and approach to music.   They feel honored to be able to play this music and to be part of such a great line-up of bands.
