MACABRE blends elements of true crime, math rock, nursery rhymes, punk, thrash, folk melodies, death metal, jazz fusion, black metal and more into an energetic, catchy and unmistakable amalgam. Murder Metal, refers to MACABRE's signature style. It's a genre of one. The all-too-true tales of man's inhumanity to man are delivered with knife-edge precision. Their latest release Grim Scary Tales was recorded by Geoff Montgomery and is a historical look at murder, starting off with the earliest known grizzly tales. Very diverse musically and very twisted historically. BRAIN TENTACLES is a journey in improvised and structured experimental sound from three venerable scene veterans that will consume, evolve and then regurgitate ambiguous noise upon its listeners. The self-titled debut album from the mind-melting metallic jazz trio sees the threepiece weaving their way through twisted, seizure-inducing compositions. With songs ranging from noir waltzes all the way to effects laden, impressionistic psych grooves, WILD JESUS & THE DEVIL’S LETTUCE is a community of musicians whose traveling circus shows guarantees a “ridiculous stage spectacle.” The wild cards of the evening, they return to our stage for the first time in over a year and we're excited to see what shenanigans these delightful maniacs bring this time around.
