Event Overview

On Saturday, June 2, 2012 the 5^th Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic will be held at Liberty State Park for one of the most highly anticipated and stylish events of the season.

Guests are invited to watch world-renowned polo player and event co-host Nacho Figueras and his team, Black Watch, go head-to-head against some of the best polo players in the world, all while sipping flutes of Veuve Clicquot and enjoying gourmet picnic fare.

Set on the idyllic grounds of Liberty State Park, this green oasis offers spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, making it one of the area’s most beautiful and dramatic parks and an ideal location for this year’s Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic.

Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic has established itself as one of the most fashionable events in the country; guests are encouraged to wear their most chic daytime looks!

Check-in Begins for Ferry-goers at Battery Park Pier, Gangway 3, in Battery Park, Manhattan*

Check-in Begins Outside of Liberty State Park Light Rail Station, for those arriving via the New Jersey Transit Hudson-Bergen Light Rail

Final Ferry to Manhattan and Final Shuttle to Liberty State Park Light Rail Station Depart**

*Ferry-goers must check-in 30 minutes prior to departure. Please refer to your ticket for your assigned departure time

 **Return ferries and shuttles will run on a continual basis throughout the day

 ATTENTION- IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION

Guests of the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic must check-in in order to receive event credentials and travel to the event one of two ways: 

-Ferry transportation from Manhattan, leaving from Battery Park Pier, Gangway 3 in Battery Park

-Shuttle bus from the New Jersey Transit Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, Liberty State Park Station (limited quantity available). Guests are responsible for purchasing their own train tickets.
