Harry Hawk of Water Taxi Beach, Harry's @ Brooklyn Bridge Park Beach and Schnack Restaurant along with the editors and staff of A Hamburger Today, Serious Eats and Gothamist invite you to try 3 regional burgers with a view.

QBQ means quality before quantity which means these burgers are slowly cooked to order, this isn’t fast food.

Each burger will be cooked for about an hour and then we will move on to the next one. We will be cooking them in the order of popularity.

While we are cooking burgers, the regular beach kitchen will be open selling Fries, Beef Dogs and Soy Dogs.

Remember you must be 21 or older with proper ID to enter Water Taxi beach.
