Hyde Park Wine Society: African American Winemakers
The Hyde Park Wine Society convenes at the Promontory on the third Tuesday of each month for a four-course pairing of food and wine. Join 57th Street Wines Sommelier Derrick Westbrook and Promontory executive chef Andrew Graves for an interactive dining experience built around a monthly theme, and learn the art of food and wine pairing from the experts. This month we celebrate Black History Month by exploring the impact of a new generation of African American winemakers. Watch this space for more details on the menu and wines as the date approaches!
