Silver White Lights came together in late 2011 with principle songwriters Jamison Acker (Hollus) and Phil Knox (The Long March). The duo began writing tunes inspired by Phil’s recent move to the US from Manchester England. Manchester is working class city filled with a rich musical history much like Chicago. The result is two boys from opposite sides of the pond creating memorable melodies with familiar sentiments.
In 2001, three brothers from Chicago banded together to form Marmora and set off on a rock & roll space odyssey never to return again.
