Jspace.com is proud to present a special one-time live performance by Eric Berman, Shay Gabso, and Yoni Bloch.
Singer, songwriter, composer, and performer Eric Berman was born in 1979 in Tel Aviv. He first found success with the release of his first single "Ma Od Bikasht" ("What More Can You Ask For") in the summer of 2006. His second single "Hametukot Ha'achronot" ("My Last Sweet") quickly became an anthem among his rapidly-growing fan base and a smash radio hit thanks to its provocative lyrics. Berman released his eponymous debut album at the start of 2007 to great reviews from the press and the public. Singles from the album like "Yom Hadash Niflah" ("A Wonderful New Day"), "Johnny," and "Beinonimi" all proved to be strong radio hits. Since that release, Berman has written songs for other popular Israeli artists, including Aya Korem and Miri Mesika, and has continued to create his own music.
Shay Gabso is an up-and-coming Israeli singer. He was first introduced to the public through the first season of Kochav Nolad ("A Star is Born"), the Israeli equivilent of American Idol, in which he took the third place in the finals. His single "Arim Roshi" ("I Will Lift My Head") has been hailed as a patriotic anthem. In addition to his musical work, he collaborates frequently with Nefesh Yehudi, a Jewish outreach organization that exposes secular college-age students in Israel and Europe to Judaism.
Born in 1981, Yoni Bloch is an Israeli musician, songwriter, composer, rock singer, and hi-tech entrepreneur. He released his first album Ulay Ze Ani (Maybe It's Me) in 2004, and his follow-up effort Hergelim Rayym (Bad Habits) dropped in 2007. His third album, Al Mi Ani Oved (Who Am I Fooling), came out in 2008, together with a movie featuring clips of all the songs on the album. The disc featured the single "Hakin'a" ("Jealousy"). In addition to his musical pursuits, Bloch is also the founder and CEO of Interlude, a technology startup that develops interactive video technology.
