Promoting over 30 shows per year as well as this annual showcase gives Empire the experience and knowledge needed to present the ultimate experience for supporters of true hardcore music! A fest has been something that Shane has been a part of since 1997 under various names, formats, and locations. The Rumble is a gift for all who have supported and continue to support hardcore music.
