The 2012 Aussie BBQ post SxSW and Canadian Music Week is happening at the Bell House for the third year on Sunday 25th March from 1pm. This event introduces some of Australia's finest talents to the USA. Confirmed to play (in alphabetical order) are:
BIG SCARY, BONFIRE NIGHTS, BUSBY MAROU, JONTI, JORDIE LANE, LULUC, OH MERCY, PETS WITH PETS, SASKIA SANSOM, SPARKADIA, TEETH & TONGUE, THE JEFFERSON, TRAVELLER & FORTUNE, VOLTAIRE TWINS, and WAZU
The New York show will be the final of the series of four Aussie BBQs across the USA this March. The other events include Los Angeles enroute to SxSW on Sunday 11th March, the Aussie BBQ at SxSW on Saturday 17th March which in 2012 is celebrating its tenth anniversary; this is also the biggest line up of Australian talent outside Australia with three stages. Canadian Music Week will also host an Aussie BBQ showcase on Saturday 24th March and the tour will conclude on at the Bell House in Brooklyn for the Aussie BBQ New York on Sunday 25th March.
