Roger Waters - Pre-Party CRUISE
Friday, Jul 06, 2012 6:00 PM EDT
ROCKS OFF Concert Cruise Series, New York, NY
21 years and over
Tickets available at the pier, cash only!
So you're going to the ROGER WATERS - THE WALL concert at Yankee Stadium, eh? While all the schlubs take the subway out to the stadium or deal with mojo-clogging trafic, you can ride in serious style, aboard a lovely ROCKS OFF ship. And yes, of course, there will be a cash bar on board, so you'll be primed to be that drunk guy singing along really loudly and off key during 'Comfortably Numb'
We are going to load up our big boat with good people, good tunes, and good booze for a killer 90+ minute party cruise starting in Manhattan at 6pm and ending at Yankee Stadium with plenty of time to get to your seat and enjoy the rest of your evenin'.
The boat leaves from the Circle Line Pier 83, located at 42nd St and the West Side Highway. We will start boarding passengers at 5:30 and we will set sail aboard our Circle Line Boat at 6pm.
For this journey, we will head north, up the East River to Yankee Stadium, passing by Roosevelt, Wards, and Rikers Islands... It's a pretty sweet trip that promises weird, unconventional NYC skyline views. This is an unforgettable and unique trip on the water for only $25!
There will be food for sale as well as a full cash bar. There are also a ton of bars outside of Yankee Stadium in case you possibly need to shove a little more alcohol in your face before having to pay ballpark prices.
The boat docks a short 5-10 minute walk (or stumble) away from Yankee Stadium. We'll get you there with plenty of time to leisurely walk over to the stadium, hit the can, and wait in the beer line before grabbing your seat for the show.
Ages 21 and over, please.
Please note -
The ticket price is for the pre-party cruise ONLY. It does NOT include Roger Waters concert tickets (and no, we don't have any you can buy). It also does NOT include a ride back. The 4 and D trains are the after party... they will take you right back into Manhattan.
