Additional Information

This self-paced course will explore the role that theater arts can play in helping us understand and interact with the significant global change that is happening today. Through the study of classic and contemporary dramatic literature and the introduction of the global trends taking place today (changes in Population, Resource Management, Technology, Information Flow, Economic Integration, Conflict, and Governance) students will develop awareness and generate actions leading to an appreciation of the role that artistic creation can and does play in our changing world.
