Well tickle my taint, people! We are doing it! Walking The Room presents STARFISH CIRCUS - a too tragic evening of comedy, music, and preening from the stars of America's least downloaded, shiv wielding, podcuddle. That's right, sharing the stage for the first time on the East Coast are Dave Anthony and Greg Behrendt and their miscreant league of misfits. This is for one night only. And it's only $20 for what at best is a $3 dollar show. But Dave's boy Finn wants to go to college. In all honesty the boys could really use your support on this one Cuddlahs and Comedy fans! It's time to start taking this sadness out of the closet and let it fail in front of people! Tell a friend there's a wet circus coming to town! And then stare at them until they cry! P.S. This is not a live podcast it's a standup show with music by The Reigning Monarchs. It's sparkle time.
About Greg Behrendt:
Greg Behrendt is working harder than ever! In 2009, “He’s Just Not That Into”, the movie based on his bestselling book, opened in theaters nationwide and was America’s number one movie. Behrendt’s second comedy special, “That Guy from That Thing,” was released by Image Entertainment after premiering on Comedy Central. Greg hit the road with the “Greg Behrendt’s Totally Into You Comedy Tour” and made his Edinburgh Festival debut at The Assembly Rooms. In 2010, Greg wrote a half hour sitcom pilot for CBS, produced and starred in “There Might Be Cake”, an unscripted pilot for IFC, and performed stand-up at both the Melbourne and Montreal International Comedy Festivals, worked as a Consulting Producer on NBC’s Love Bites. In 2011 Greg launched the podcast “Walking the Room” and its standup spin-off, “Starfish Circus”, both of which he hosts with Dave Anthony; he also headlined an episode of John Oliver’s New York Standup Show on Comedy Central, and is currently writing a pilot for AMC with Hank Azaria and Jerry Stahl.
Behrendt currently lives in LA with his wife/writing and producing partner Amiira and their two daughters.
