This very funny and heartwarming show is filled with traditional Christmas music intertwined into a story about a man named Kyle who ventures to challenge his boss not to tear down the old theater that has stood on the corner for many years. His boss is dead set on making a parking lot. However, when Kyle joins forces with some very helpful "spirits" his boss may have a change of heart.
