Chef Alia Dalal is the co-founder of Seek Supper Club. With an attention to local, seasonal and organic ingredients, our dinners offer what no other Chicago supper club does: multi-course vegetarian meals in a unique location with an emphasis on whole, natural foods. Seek brings together those looking for a unique and delicious dining experience and also something more: dining that's good for your body, good for the environment and good for our community.
In addition to having worked in internationally recognized restaurants in New York, Chicago and abroad, Chef Alia was named Healthy Cook of the Year by Cooking Light magazine and was recently named a finalist to host WTTW's restaurant review show Check, Please!
This month Chef Alia showcases her seasonal, healthy twist on classic Chinese and Chinese-American dishes influenced by her years giving food tours in Chicago's Chinatown! This meal is plant-based and vegan; please let us know of any food allergies/restrictions at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate everyone's needs. Menu is subject to change based on market availability and chef's discretion.
First course will be served promptly at 7:15. BYOB.
