ittle death collective and Asbury Lanes presents:
WORLD INFERNO FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY-
NYC's disturbingly cult-like, circus-related, Halloween-tent-revival orchestra The World/Inferno Friendship Society perform red-eyed soul show tunes for the swarming punk rock masses.
The World/Inferno Friendship Society is not a rock band with a horn section; it's a fully-integrated orchestra of young men and women writing for you songs of the wine, freedoms and foibles which make life more than waking up and going to work every day. Nine pieces - 2 drummers 4 horns 2 guitars way too many teeth a piano and an accordion.
Fate, my friends, loves the Fearless. And We, in turn, love You. Don't turn away from love, friends--don't be chicken. THE WORLD/INFERNO FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY is all the proof you need. With songs so sweet and a quicksilver beat, a lean 9-piece orchestra of girls and boys plays the cabaret-soul-punkety soundtrack to your romances and disasters. The vaudeville circus you always wished your life could be can be--just come and see!
WITH SPECIAL GUESTS:

tinge of Industrial, Goth and Dark Wave.
Once upon an awkward adolescence, there was a girl that tripped often and
spoke very little, a boy who ate too much junk food, but spoke a lot, and his
identical twin that hit things and spoke even more. Then along came a
pianist with very wiggly fingers and a baseball bat.
Hence...the musical misadventures unfolded.
Having theatrical roots, Stolen Babies formed from a 12+ member
performance troupe named The Fratellis. Horns blared, oversized dolls
jumped out of toy boxes, squabbles were had, and babies were stolen, turned
into flies and fed to giant spiders. Eventually, the blundering theatrics came
to an end, but the four stuck together to create more emotionally focused
songs with a new band name taken from one of the skits entitled, "Stolen
Babies," performed by their old incarnation.
The band’s musical style is a cauldron of ideas that serves up a wonderful
variety of vibrant styles meshed together into a pure chaotic frenzy. And it
