MORE ON BREWMASTER AND CHEF:
With Goose Island ex-patriot Reverend Bob Kittrell (yes, he’s a real reverend) at the brew master pulpit, the mission has been to handcraft quality beers with spirit and soul. Likewise, with an impressive resume of fine dining kitchens, Chef Wilde’s focus is on fresh, locally-produced ingredients. He prides himself on making most dishes from scratch, creating innovative cross-continental flavor combinations and thoroughly pairing them with Moonshine Brewing Company’s hand-crafted beers.
