Prom Queen is a dark, dramatic 60s-inspired solo project. All songs are written, composed, produced and recorded by Prom Queen herself using Garageband, guitar and a few other live instruments on occasion. "If David Lynch and Quentin Tarantino were to co-direct your prom, this would be the soundtrack."
The Corespondents are 4 men raised in Snohomish County, Washington, who make western music with a love for music from the east. Guitars and other amplified strings put vintage sounds from the world over into familiar yet disconcerting melodies, tightly woven arrangements and syncopated rhythms that combine to function as dance music if one can fight off the psychedelic revery.
The Pornadoes were formed in July 2011, when Minnesotan Tom Zgonc and Wisconsinites Jason Goessl and Ethan Sobotta (now residents of Seattle) decided to form a band paying great respect to their midwest homeland. Goessl, the curator and musical director of the project, formed the group just to have fun, and who better to have fun with than a couple of accomplished, professional musicians born and raised in the Midwest.
H$H is the DJ Duo that will be keeping the dancers go-go-going!
